Spray Treated: Our sheds and summerhouses get a beautiful golden brown spray treatment before leaving the factory in order to preserve the quality of the wood up until the delivery. As this only lasts through the transit stage, we do advise treating the wood after installation to protect and preserve it, as well as annual maintenance.
We offer a range of roofing and flooring options, so depending on how you’re going to use your shed, you can choose the better option for you. Floor, roof and felt are included with this building.

11mm: Our standard roof option, this interlocking roof provides a reliable covering for any building. The Tongue and Groove not only gives your building a stronger roof but also a premium look and feel.
Floor:
OSB Solid Sheet and Durellis Solid Sheet: Both value, cost effective options for flooring. These floors are suited to lighter items and light domestic use.
11mm: Our Standard flooring option which provides a durable, solid foundation and underfoot to the building. The 11mm option is ideal for less demanding and frequent usage, suitable for lighter intensity purposes like summer houses and other living spaces containing light furniture. The 11mm tongue and groove timber makes this a solid yet suitable, economical option.
19mm: A premium floor is the perfect choice for higher intensity usage. The construction uses thick 19mm tongue and groove timber, which gives you not only the strength, but better insulation against the cold weather. This specific floor is the perfect option if you’re planning on using the building as an everyday use office, gym or games room with heavy objects.
Yes, all garden buildings should be assembled on a firm and level base. A base will ensure your building has a solid, long-lasting and well-drained foundation.
Our robust and simple to use EcoBase provides you with a firm, long-lasting foundation with suitable drainage for your garden building. It is quick and easy to install through the use of snap connectors that link the grids to each other.
If your building is shorter than 2.5m you should not require planning permission, (unless it’s more than 50% of your garden or will be placed in your front garden). Planning permission rules can vary by area so we would strongly recommend checking your local council rules before purchasing a garden building from us.
We do not offer an installation service on any of our buildings, as they are designed to be easy and simple to assemble. Using the digital assembly instructions included in your order confirmation and with a team of at least 2 people, the handy pre assembled panels mean you will have your BillyOh building up in no time!
Our sheds and summerhouse are delivered in easy to assemble panels. For your convenience the panels are no wider than 4ft so they can be easily maneuverable and fit through a standard doorway. Glazing and any additional wood is delivered in separate, clearly labeled packages.

The smaller 3x6 building comes with an OSB roof and 11mm tongue and groove floor, while other sizes come can be upgraded with extra trusses. This outdoor storage solution comes delivered as pre-measured and cut panels and. With the comprehensive assembly instructions, you can be sure that it's quick and easy to assemble.
The Mini Master's windowless design provides extra security whilst the cladding Style featuring interlocking tongue and groove timber. For secure bike storage solutions that are an economical option, the Master bike store is the perfect option. With this windowless security shed you can also purchase quality padlocks at checkout or attach them yourself.
An apex roofline equals and effective roof option for keeping your bikes dry. With a sloping design, apex roofing options allow for adequate runoff that protects your shed's contents. The Mini Master also comes with an OSB Solid Sheet included as standard to weather-proof your roof. This can also be upgraded to a Durelis solid sheet.
For maximum weather protection you can even opt to have the floor of your garden building pressure treated. As shed floors are the most likely to be in contact with damp and pooling water, pressure treatment acts as a fungal inhibitor to halt fungal growth on timber.
Combined with the high-quality European-sourced timber that we use for the Mini Master, your shed will offer quality weather protection in even harsh weather. Otherwise, use a multipurpose wood stain after delivery and during annual maintenance. You can purchase this as well as various colour options as an optional extra.
With cladding thickness options for the flooring options, you can use this bike storage space to house heavier bikes. For a premium floor in your outdoor building you can choose from cladding and treatment options for flooring.
