Delivery for orders under £75.00 require a delivery charge. The cost of this charge varies per order and is calculated at checkout.
The mode of delivery depends on product type. Boxed items below 30kgs and under 1.5m in height are delivered through the national carrier Yodel. Sheds and boxed items weighing 30kgs and above and with a height of 1.5m or higher are despatched with BillyOh Van Delivery. Log Cabins are delivered through the BillyOh Bespoke Van Delivery.
Yodel delivers within the hours of 6:00 am to 6:00 pm and will require a receiving signature for the delivered package. If unsigned for, the package will be returned and a call back card will be left, instead. The carrier will then attempt a second and third delivery. Alternatively, if you are not around to take the delivery, you can leave a signed note saying Yodel can leave the item. For full delivery terms, click here.
